Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed in-store or online via our official contact channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept cash (in-store) and selected digital payment options (for online orders).
Noor Collection reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unavailability or incorrect pricing.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available throughout Pakistan.
Customer information (name, address, phone number) may be shared with our trusted delivery partners for order fulfillment.
Delivery times may vary based on location and logistics. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase/delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale items and custom-stitched outfits are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
